For AMC’s Season 6 premiere of their highest rated television show, we were tasked with ticketing 20,000 Walking Dead fans, and getting them in their seats in less than 60 minutes! While having the option to use MSG’s in-house seating/ticketing system, AMC came to us to use our brand new software and customer service team, giving fans a direct line of communication to those managing their ticket experience. Custom itineraries were sent the week of the event, relaying all important information to fans, flyaway winners, and VIPs.
