It was almost time for AMC’s Breaking Bad and it’s predecessor, Better Call Saul to intersect story lines, so it was of course, perfect timing to do something big at SXSW.
Creating a near perfect replica of Los Pollos America, guests were served curly fries (unfortunately no fried chicken!) and a few dipping sauces, all while given the opportunity to pose with our own Pollo, and props from the show.
The Los Pollos Hermanos build traveled from SXSW in Austin, to Los Angeles, to New York City throughout a span of three months.
